Marisa 'Ginger' Tontaveetong

Marisa (Ginger) Tontaveetong is an award-winning multidisciplinary Animation Director and Producer and Creative Chief Officer of Slothique LLC, a powerhouse in content creation. Her work has been Oscar-longlisted and honored with a Bronze Telly Award, and has juried for the Oscar-qualifying Atlanta Film Festival and the Southeast Regional Emmy® Awards. She was named one of Georgia Entertainment’s 200 Most Influential People in the Creative Industries, and is a recipient of the Gold President’s Volunteer Service Award. In addition, she also sits on the advisory board of the Decide DeKalb Development Authority and serves on the Game Development Advisory Committee at Gwinnett Technical College. She is also the Marketing Director of the UNESCO-affiliated ASIFA-SOUTH International Animation Society – South. She has held leadership roles with ACM SIGGRAPH, including Early Career Development Chair, Strategy Advisor to the Executive Committee, and Computer Animation Festival Producer for SIGGRAPH Asia 2017.
